Quick service as a customer or delivery driver and the girl working there most days is kinda cute ;) so there is nothing to complain about
The food is tasty, but the workers are not knowledgeable on protocols for completing a return. They took my order wrong, and I wanted to do a refund to reorder properly. It took over 15 minutes and so much confusion on their behalf to finally complete it. I checked my bank statement and saw that the refund was never completed.
Bad experiences with wrap! I was not happy with customer service! I needed to get your refund!
