Free rotisserie lamb dinner once a month with purchase of a beer. Wonderful idea. They had an entire animal on the barbecue on the patio on Saturday late afternoon. Too bad everyone was smoking cigarettes next to it but generous nonetheless!
Now renovated and rebranded as Rex's Bar and Kitchen under the same management. Popular venue for local service industry folks, business folks on the Bay St. corridor, and travellers from the Metro bus terminal. Menu is mostly pub-grub with a gourmet twist. The bar has 8 beer taps, a good selection of wines, and a few decent Scotches among other spirits. Rarely dull.

The ricitini and Stella were so, so, so delicious!! The staff took good care of me, and the bathroom and space were reasonably nice. The sangria in the first photo was delicious, but don't order vodka soda because it's just expensive carbonated water.
