Sea Witch offers one of the best fish & chips experiences in the city. From the welcome & service to the food, everything is stellar. The old rock tunes in the background complement the decor and the enormous portions of crispy fish & fries are enough for a second meal the next day. I was excited to try this fish and chip restaurant for a while now. They only open at noon on Fridays during the week. I don't live close, but I do work close.The menu is simple. I was going in for halibut and chips, but the special today was perch. And the perch was delicious.The chips are standard chips. A few were undercooked and had that raw potato crunch. Best fish and chips I've had. Closest by far to proper irish fish and chips and even have curry sauce! The chips in Toronto tend to be a little different than back home but these were on point both texture and flavour wise. Will be back. Get some battered sausages and mushy peas and we will be back every week hahaha.
