The first time I ordered a hot chocolate and they were out of whipped cream, which was probably just my bad luck. So the second time I ordered a cold drink and asked for MINIMAL ice (because shops tend to still give me a lot of ice when I just ask for less ice). Well here’s what minimal ice looked like; I found out after finishing the drink within 3 minutes. Did they think “minimal” meant “extra”? smh just giving people more ice and skipping out on actual drink
This second cup location actually care for their customer and provide excellent customer service. They prepare their drinks really well and have fresh snack selection. All the staff are amazing!!! Keep up the great service!

When you order a light ice or no ice drink, they wont fill it to the top. It's a really cheap tactic to be honest, I wont be ordering their iced drinks again. Even starbucks will fill the cup to the brim if you ask for a light ice or no ice beverage.
