This location is incredibly hit or miss, so I wouldn't recommend it except for when certain baristas are working. I've been going to this specific location for the last 5 years through management changes, and while the service is good, the quality of baristas is lacking. I've had some baristas make incredible drinks, but others truly do not know what they're doing. I spoke with Avi the Manager/Owner of this Second Cup reaching out to him today to see if it was at all possible that I could order a certain flavour of tea by the case and needless to say he was so pleasant and accomodating and told me whenever I am ready he will proceed to assist me with my order.
