St Urbain used to be great. Now they have shrunk the size of their bagels. The ones I bought today were easily 30% smaller than in the past.Also, you have to opt out of an automatic 5% tip. It defaults to a tip which is unusual and a shady business practice.
I ate there three times in a row. The salmon everything bagel with jalapeno creamcheese is my alltime favourite.Very busy place, but overall great atmosphere and people watching :-)

Very busy of course and no place to sit exactly near the bakery but you can find one on the market. I ordered a lox bagel with avocado and it was really good! Good quality salmon? It was a rather small bagel I should say (we paid 25$ for 2 bagels) but I was happy with the taste. Would come again if ever in this area and hungry?
