For about a year now, I've been ordering from the app for pickup at this location. They consistently have it ready on time and prepared correctly. And the staff always make an effort to say hello or thank you. I'd give them an A+ on customer service.
Lovely location, clean and spacious and stuff is always great. Juliette is wonderful and gave me my free birthday treat!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a mix of very friendly and very rude staff. The customer service from some employees like Barbie, Miki, Moe, Page, and Miki Girma was absolutely amazing, welcoming, and delivered with genuine care, strong communication, and warmth. However, other staff members were rude, on their phones at the cashier, and did not acknowledge customers. One person named Bailey was rude, argued with customers and coworkers, and was unpleasant. Another customer felt completely judged by a glare from a staff member named Amy. The location is small with only hightop seating and very limited space, but has a nice little outdoor seating area and patio that is clean and comfortable. Orders are made quickly and perfectly, with fast service consistently for both mobile and in-store orders. The store is clean and their merchandise is always fully stocked. Despite some staff changes leading to rude new people, regulars come back again and again because the drinks are consistent and they handle a crowd well.
