This is not a review about staff, quality of coffee served, this is about disrespect and poor level of service.
I like coffee, I'm not a coffee snob, but coffee served in paper cup should not be called coffee, much less espresso, cappuccino, latte or cortado. That is an insult to coffee culture and coffee tradition. You may as well to put coffee pot on the warmer plate for hours and serve it with whitening powder.
