We had a craving for Jamaican and were driving through our old haunts in East York. The Real J*** for lunch was so good! J*** chicken, Curry goat, oxtail and rice and peas! Great food and service. Ginger beer, Red Stripe and a new drink....a dark and stormy.Dietary restrictions: Being Celiac this food works for me and I love spice.
The owner helped to provide the food for Malvern CI's cultural food day. He provided trays of j*** chicken, rice and peas and coleslaw. Then for good measure, he threw in some curry chicken and some well seasoned up chicken wings at no charge! The food is delicious, the customer service was outstanding and the owner even helped me bring all of the food out to my car. I would definitely go back to eat and I highly recommend the food! We ordered from them tonight and WOW! We are big fans of Caribbean and this is by far stellar food! The festivals are massive, perfectly made and the gravy…next level. J*** chicken is perfectly seasoned and cooked, rice & peas sooo good. Must try (again & again!)
