Great place for a traditional high tea experience with well done classic choices like cucumber sandwiches and beautiful and unique tea sets!
The decor is beautiful, service was excellent, all staff super friendly. I ordered the vegan tea tray as it was listed on the menu and it looked interesting. The scones and petit fours were good but the savory portion was sub par. There was no quiche as listed in the menu and the sandwiches were a very thin layer of filling sandwiched between 2 - 1/2" thick pieces of rye bread. I would not recommend it.
The ambiance and decor was very appropriate for a tea house. Our server was friendly. The meal itself could use some improvements: sandwich portion sizes were a bit on the large size for a tea service, however the scones were the ladies favourite. Desserts were not as impressive as other tea service that I've experienced elsewhere; the chocolate could definitely use an upgrade however the fruit shaped mousse was a very nice touch.
