This Tim Hortons needs a deep clean, it’s very unhygienic and dirty, some staff are nice , some are not, there needs to be security during certain hours, it attracts a lot of unpleasant, like quite usual I just got harassed today. Please hire private security like a sensible business owner , you put your clients at risks for what exactly, hire security for early hours or peak hours, if i get injured due to slips or falls harassed / attacked due to lack of security at your store...read full review
Just another Tims that reminds you why u should always go to Starbucks. Unfortunately not many options in the immediate neighborhood.Underpaid employees definitely hate their job & cos it's next to the Subway, the place is full of sketchy characters.

I waited around 7-10mins in the lines and the employee didn’t even bother taking the order. They were just there gossiping with each other and completely ignored the customers. There were tons of employees and only one counter was taking orders. I am really really disappointed. Please do better and maybe don’t ignore your customers.
