The girl at the counter was very rude when I placed my order. She goes to prepare the drinks and doesn't charge me, I wait to pay and another guy arrives asking very aggressively why I was still there and what my problem was (they were literally his words). I replied that they had not charged me and he reluctantly did so. The short lady with glasses who worked today, has SO MUCH attitude and is always arguing when she clearly didn't hear orders. Clearly from most of the reviews I AM NOT the only one.
