Tim Hortons offers great Steeped Tea and fresh coffee. The staff is usually polite and friendly, although service can sometimes be inconsistent. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The interior is clean and cozy, providing a warm atmosphere that makes customers feel comfortable. Many visitors appreciate the helpful and humble staff. This Tims at Old Toronto impressed. The service was fast, space is very clean. They even take out the trashes right after it fills up. Very spacious for large group of people. The manager is really really kind and amazing and she makes THE GREAT COFFEES in the world. This outlet has a huge seating area as well. The place was clean. Overall, it remains a friendly place with a cozy ambiance.
