I have now visited this Tim Hortons twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing due to poor customer service.
During my first visit, I ordered a coffee that was listed on the menu, only to find out they didn’t have it. Instead of informing me or offering an alternative, the staff simply placed an empty cup with my name on the counter and left it there. I had to figure out on my own what had happened. Absolutely ridiculous ! This is referring to the tim’s at basement level 0 -
Its always ridiculous, the food , the service , the area where they prepare the food.
