Had an experience on Tuesday, February 7 around 7:30 that was absolutely unacceptable for a Tim Horton’s ESPECIALLY in a hospital.I ordered a large iced coffee and asked for it to be made with milk and no sugar, among other items for my family. Several times I've been ignored at the cash, food order wrong and the best finding an earing post in my muffin. Several times I've complained but only get two staff members litterly yelling back at me even though i was right. Why did the second staff member interviene? Very unsettling. Rude. Definitely not going back. One star rated too much. Update: My mistake. I thought this was the downtown store. This place located inside the hospital. The staff was nice. The store is clean.Old review: The outside of this store is kinda dirty, but hey it's downtown.
