About UNO Bistro

UNO Bistro is a cozy Ukrainian restaurant with excellent service and food. The food is fresh and amazing, with highlights including the borscht and varenyky. The menu offers a variety of traditional Ukrainian dishes, including the Nalysnyky. Prices are very reasonable. UNO Bistro is a great option for those looking for good Ukrainian food. On Fridays, they host live music nights, creating an amazing atmosphere with incredibly friendly staff and delicious food. The staff was very kind and welcoming, making the whole experience special. UNO Bistro has our highest recommendation and we will definitely be back. It offers a rich, flavorful, hearty Ukrainian soup called солянка (solyanka), served with fresh bread and sour cream. Chicken Kyiv with mashed potatoes, crepes, and delicious sauces were also tried, with every bite full of flavor. The food was fresh, homemade, and truly made with care. Portions were generous, and the prices pleasantly surprised us — super reasonable for the quality! The small details, like shelves of Ukrainian books on the wall, made it feel like a soft, nostalgic hug from home. This place is highly recommended if you want to taste real Ukrainian soul food and feel a piece of home away from home. The borscht was okay. The chicken Kyiv raised some concerns and tasted frozen and was overly oily. The perogies on the side were average. If you’re just looking for a quick bite and some drinks, this place might work.
