Valerie has been a surprisingly fabulous experience. We are from Houston so we expect good food and great service, both of which have not been great thus far through our Canadian tour. Dylan has been an amazing server with fabulous recommendations. All of the food sounded kind of weird but was SO GOOD. Literally nothing disappointed. Magnificent experience. The view from the restaurant is impressive (especially in the evening), chic atmosphere and Japanese menu. The sushi is excellent. We had a very pleasant time. I can only recommend this restaurant.
