Valerie Toronto offers a fabulous dining experience with knowledgeable and kind staff. The restaurant provides excellent service and delicious food such as edamame, sea bass, oni maki, and shrimp oshi. The chic atmosphere, impressive view, and Japanese menu create a magnificent experience for guests. The sushi, especially the scallop sushi, is highly recommended, and a vegetarian menu is also available. Visitors can enjoy the convenience of underground parking at the hotel. The vibrant and stylish ambiance makes it perfect for both intimate gatherings and casual nights out. Guests often praise the amazing service, especially at the bar, where the vibes are lively and the bartender and colleagues are friendly and attentive. The rooftop is a spectacular place to enjoy drinks and offers stunning views of the harbour, planes landing, and the CN Tower. Fried rice and chicken robata are popular dishes, while the desserts, like the ice cream cookie dessert, are a treat. The thoughtful execution of every dish and a curated wine and cocktail selection add to the overall experience. With attentive staff and warm hospitality, every visit feels personal and memorable. Valerie Toronto is a must-visit restaurant for a delightful culinary experience that keeps guests coming back.
