“This has got to be by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered dinner for myself and my two kids, my order was 1 teen burger combo with coke , and 2 kids meals chicken strips with apple juice . Upon reaching my destination unloaded my kids and the food on a bench, I pulled out our order and to my surprise we were given the wrong kids meal drinks , we got 2 root beers. I went back and asked for the correct drinks and for the inconvenience of coming back I asked if I could have an apple pie. Upon reaching the window I was greeted by the manager who’s exact words were “I know you , you ordered 3 kids meals 1 apple juice and 2 root beers and you will not get an apple pie.” I showed her my meal to prove that I was not the person she claimed to know. The fact that I had to argue to receive my apple juices and was spoken to in such a disgusting and disrespectful manner has me appalled. I asked for her name, which she had torn off her name tag before I had spoken to her, she refused to give it to me.“

“We had a really pleasant lunch today at the Cedar Kitchen. The servers were excellent … attentive and friendly. Our hot sandwiches were so tasty and every plate brought out from the kitchen looked so good. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Can’t wait to go back! 😀“

“Nice place, with friendly staff, to get a burger. I ordered the 6oz cheese burg, cruspy chicken poutine, and a chocolate strawberry shake, yes chocolate and strawberry swirled together, shake. They do that with a bunch of flavours Everything was great. Definitely recommend this place.“

“Was driving through Alliston on business and went into A&W to get lunch. Was pretty busy but service was efficient and food was good, you could tell it was freshly made. The girl at the counter, her name was Andrea she was very polite, courteous and friendly even though there was a line. Service was excellent, I would definitely come back next time I am driving through Alliston.“

“In Allison for a hockey tournament and we enjoyed a delicious late lunch. First time I’ve seen Halloumi cheese made into a sandwich so had to have it. Exceeded my expectations. Hubby had the fish tacos which were crispy and tasty. Atmosphere was casual, clean and inviting. Service was top notch !!“

“Been to this location around 8 times now , each time the staff has been great. I order the same thing each time a Big Harv original with both cheeses Cheddar. Each time the burger has been fresh unlike a lot of the other location that the burger is warm and the cheese doesn't melt. This place all 3 times was fresh and tasted good. Hopefully they keep up the good work.“

Grabbed quick wings and a pint on our way through; wings were fresh and decent, flavours on offer are what you'd expect.
Service was friendly and bathrooms were clean, the most interesting thing imo is that this was originally a home for wayward girls 😄
Regret not ordering the Fish & Chips, they looked good!
