“This has got to be by far the WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered. I ordered dinner for myself and my two kids, my order was 1 teen burger combo with coke , and 2 kids meals chicken strips with apple juice . Upon reaching my destination unloaded my kids and the food on a bench, I pulled out our order and to my surprise we were given the wrong kids meal drinks , we got 2 root beers. I went back and asked for the correct drinks and for the inconvenience of coming back I asked if I could have an apple pie. Upon reaching the window I was greeted by the manager who’s exact words were “I know you , you ordered 3 kids meals 1 apple juice and 2 root beers and you will not get an apple pie.” I showed her my meal to prove that I was not the person she claimed to know. The fact that I had to argue to receive my apple juices and was spoken to in such a disgusting and disrespectful manner has me appalled. I asked for her name, which she had torn off her name tag before I had spoken to her, she refused to give it to me.“

“We had a great visit at DQ today ! Greeted with smiles, they shared the excitement for icecream with my daughter and made a nice experience. I also want to say that while there, I noticed some some dedication to the job they do because a customer came in requesting a personalized icecream cake and the employee who writes on the cakes was on break... She stopped her break to complete that order for that customer! You deserve your breaks and have every right to enjoy it, every minute of it.
