“I went to Urban Pantry for the first time last night. The food was delicious, especially the broccoli salad. Unfortunately, it took us about 40 minutes to get our food, so we had to rush our stay once we got it. It was a busy Friday night, so I would definitely like to come at a less busy time and also come for their brunch which looks delicious. Will be back!”

“We went to the Uxbridge location as we saw the IG promo. My husband and I were greeted right away by the friendliest Kawartha staff, she helped us pick out the most popular flavours. The shop is filled with awesome Kawartha merch, and we absolutely loved the adorable cow stuffie. Such a great experience from start to finish!”

“I finally visited Little Thief Bakery and as expected, most of the pastries were already sold out — no surprise since this place always has a long line the moment they open! Luckily, I still managed to get two desserts: the Sour Cherry Danish and the Carrot Basque Cheesecake — so happy I didn’t leave empty-handed!

Both desserts were absolutely delicious — beautifully balanced in sweetness, light yet flavorful, and made with real, honest ingredients. Even someone like me who doesn’t usually enjoy desserts completely fell in love with them. The textures were spot on — crisp and flaky for the Danish, smooth and creamy for the cheesecake. You can really taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite.

The staff were also incredibly warm and welcoming. They patiently introduced each pastry and gave great recommendations with genuine enthusiasm. Their friendly attitude made the whole visit even more special.

Music can be a bit loud and shop can get a bit noisy at times even with noise cancelling headphones...but not to the point that it's disruptive.”

Everything was fast, hot and made to order and the meals all got rave reviews from our colleagues.

Thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff, especially the young man at the register who put together the order with me. He truly went above and beyond from cross checking our receipt to ensuring every bag was labelled with the correct name, and the correct spelling, and that each order was perfectly assembled down to the very last pickle. He set the tone for our entire experience and what could have easily been a stressful last minute order was organized, relaxed, and absolutely delicious!!”

“This review is because of the younger gentleman working the drive thru window tonight. I bought a burger for my dog. I asked for a single French fry for my cat as buying an entire French fry would be a waste. I received one French fry just as I asked. He made her night and ours when we opened the bag to see one french fry in a fry container.”
