“I was very impressed by the drinks, very very yummy! The cheesecake was also amazing. The decor was fresh and modern and pretty. Not as impressed with the tiramisu, which was an odd kind of foamy/gelatiny something. And they really need to get a handle on the amount of plastic waste - even the plastic forks were wrapped in plastic; each cake slice wrapped in plastic; plastic plastic plastic. At least find something biodegradable, there's things on the market now! I would definitely go again but I'd bring my own mug and fork.“

“Royal no 9 milk tea, large, half sugar, less ice, with classic tapioca pearls. It's as good as expected. The milk tea is just right, clean taste. Tapioca has a chewy texture, not too soft, and not mushy which is a relief since it's a must for a specialized bubble tea shop! I tried the branches in Montreal and one in Toronto Union Station, it's good too, which makes The Alley a safe choice, their quality control from one place to another is good!“

“I decided to try some where new for lunch yesterday and came to some coffee and some tea due to my fiancées recommendation. I went right around noon and there were barely and people so my wait time was very short. The menu had a large variety of options and it will definitely require multiple trips to try everything that I want to. I decided to go with the oolong matcha latte and it did not disappoint. The taste of matcha was little but it was enough to make and complement the oolong and latte. I would have loved to try their food but I unfortunately did not have time since I got a bit lost trying to find the store. The store is on the second floor right above 300 and right next to jinsei ramen. The other thing that was a bit unfortunate was that there were very little table seats near the store. There are plenty of places to sit but nowhere where you can set your drink/food down and relax with a friend. Overall with the decent prices and the large variety of drink options I will definitely be coming again

“The service here is so good!!! When I walked in I could tell the store was extremely sanitary, and was well taken care of. I have certain dietary restrictions and need to know specifically what is in my drink, and a girl named Cassandra answered all my questions with care, and my drink was amazing. I recommend this place to everyone I know :)“

“Went today and got 2 of the Halloween special menu drinks (1 for me and 1 for a friend) and they were sooo good and super fun! I actually spilled the drink on the left shortly after taking this photo 😭 but the workers were very nice and understanding. They cleaned it up quickly and didn’t even make me pay for a replacement when I offered. The drinks themselves were delicious - I didn’t get to try the Zombie Brain drink but the Bloody Taro drink was amazing and my friend really enjoyed the other. I’ll definitely have to come back before Halloween to try it again!! Thank you!“
