“The poutine is exceptional. Drove a ways a way to try this and was not disappointed. Was curious about their array of different poutine sauces and was allowed to sample some. All of them were exceptionally delicious. Grateful to the kind staff putting up with my broken French. Coming back here again.“

“I didn't actually go the restaurant Chez Wally's but rather the food truck during an event at Parc Mousette in Gatineau.
The explosive panini was was wonderful. Sandwiches aren't usually my go-to meal but this was well balanced between meat, cheese, sauce...easy to eat and very easy to enjoy!
Service was great. The wait didn't feel long at all and panini was warm and fresh!
It was a very hot day today so the atmosphere could have been better, but I don't think Chez Wally controls the weather, yet! ;-)

“This chip truck has the absolute BEST Italian sausage and hot-dogs. I don't know what they do different from others but I highly recommend that if you pop by here, you give it a try. The outside of the sausage and hot-dogs have that nice crispness (but not too much) and the inside is always juicy and flavorful. Hands down the best.“

“Food is good, but the chicken tender sizes can be a bit variable. Most days, I get decent sized tenders, but once in a while, they are the size of my finger. But overall, they're generally good. One thing I would change, however, is the stinginess with the sauce. They give them out in those take out sauce containers, and they're only half filled. Use them on 2 tenders, and they're done. At the very least, give 2 when someone orders 5.“
