This place is stealth. It looks like a little convenience store but packs a punch. Lots of meat and toppings on the sandwiches. Thick Italian buns and generous with the toppings.

“We accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant 2 years ago when we visited Ottawa and we really loved this place for the food and vibes. We went there yesterday again on our Ottawa visit because we wanted food without onion and garlic. Only place in downtown Ottawa where you can get this kind of food is Peace Garden Pushpa who owns this place was kind enough and prepared paninis for us without onion and garlic by modifying the recipe to accomodate our request. If you have such special request please call them a day early. We got the food as take out and enjoyed it on the way back home. If you are looking for great vegan food with home cooked taste, you should visit Peace Garden !!“

“Went to Fatboys for the first time tonight and it won’t be our last. After waiting for a seat we were met by the owner who welcomed us and told us we would enjoy the food and he wasn’t wrong we had the Kentucky shared platter and it was definitely filling and the price was affordable. Our server was Emma who filled our drinks and told us what food was coming and what dips were available. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. Will definitely be back“

“Stayed at the hotel for Christmas and it was great. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable. The shower was great and loved the quality of the toiletries and products provided. The rooms are also very quiet, I knew the room beside was occupied but I never heard anything. The staff was nice, helpful, kind. The restaurant is fantastic! Only downside, there is no pool or spa. But, I will definitely be returning in my future travels.“

“The food was hot and fresh.
Waitress didn’t bother to bring items she said she would. Specifically requested an orange slice for my grandson, never arrived. Promised me cotton candy at the end of my meal. Never arrived. Went to pay because after 5 minutes of us all standing up and packing up the baby, still has to go inside to pay. That’s when my friend slipped on butter from a a knife that was on the floor, staff reaction was oh. And looked the other way!
Still after standing in front of my waitress ( the one who couldn’t care less about the accident the orange, and the cotton candy. Why would she care about my friend almost breaking her neck on a knife that was sitting on the floor ( I picked up their dirty knife) in between her at the cash and her coworker eating food at the table in between us then whoever the manager or the gentleman that seem to be working that day also said he was gonna go back and get me some cotton candy and never bothered to bring it out. Finally, we just walked away will never be back but hey, the food was good. Yes, I still tipped them. I shouldn’t have, but I did.“

“The absolute BEST gluten free bakery I have ever been to, with the kindest owners! I ordered an angel food cake with strawberries on it, and 6 donuts, for my birthday. The cake and donuts tasted like heaven! My youngest child had a donut and said "These donuts were blessed by God!" I could not agree more! I've never tasted such delicious donuts! The cake was absolutely beautiful and it tasted just as good as it looked! I've been on a strict diet for the past few months and have so been looking forward to indulging on my birthday! Thank you Denis, for being so amazing when I came in to place my order and for delivering a cake and treats, beyond my expectations! It was a dark and stormy night in Ottawa. A group of hungry friends, known only as "The Pizza Pirates," had a plan. Their target: the most delicious pizza in the city, a BBQ masterpiece from a local pizzeria.
Armed with nothing but their appetites and a map, the Pizza Pirates set out on their daring mission. They navigated through the bustling streets, dodging rain puddles and avoiding the watchful eyes of hungry cats. Finally, they arrived at their destination: a pizzeria with a reputation for its mouthwatering BBQ pizza.

With hearts pounding, the Pizza Pirates slipped inside. The pizzeria was empty, save for a single slice of the coveted BBQ pizza sitting on the counter. The captain of the Pizza Pirates, a fearless individual known as "Pepperoni Pete," grabbed the slice and made a run for it.
But the pizza wasn't going to give up without a fight! A mysterious force seemed to be pulling the slice back towards the counter. Pepperoni Pete struggled, but the slice was too strong. “This is an great place located in downtown Ottawa. Patty's Pub has good food and good service. Our fish and chips were rather thin and I suggest to get the two piece. The nacho's were over done as you can see by the photos. Service was good with our wait staff overly busy unfortunately. The decor of the restaurant could use an upgrade. Overall it's a good place to have a quick bite and a good beer.“
