I have been working in this mall for over 6 years and have been going to this Tim's regularly. Over the last year and a bit, service has gotten worse and worse. New staff here are rude & not pleasant to deal with at all. At lunch time when all the students from across the street come to the mall, you really should have more staff working, running 1 cash is just not enough!! Out of a 30 min lunch break, standing in line 20 mins is not right. Hopefully better staff will be hired!

Went here to grab a quick coffee although their were rush hours but I bought a delicious chocolate lava cookie with the suggestion of Navdeep who didn’t only took order smoothly but also made my coffee as I told her how I want to be.Had an amazing experience, would love to visit again and interact with her !
