“First time customer to this establishment. Food was decent, service was great, prices just OK, not great. One thing that I noticed with the menu is that onions in your home fries is an additional $1.69?! Who does that?

I didn't bother adding the onions because paying for something that would normally be Included seems silly, and if they are not normally cooked with them, adding them in at the last minute would no give me the home fries that I would expect.

So ya, they only get 4 stars instead of 5 ....”

We used to drive out to Burlington to find decent Sushi but have been going here now for many years and it has never disappointed. If you live in Waterdown/Flamborough and like Sushi give Sushi Ya a shot.”

“Picked up ice cream cupcakes for Autism Ontario event today! They were an amazing treat on a hot day! My kids were very surprised and super grateful for such things! Thank you to the lady owner that spoke to me and held on to the treats as I was unable to pick them up before! She really made my kids day! My son who is autistic said it was the most delicious treat ever 😍 thank you for your generosity! We will be back to enjoy more treats in the future for sure! 🥰🥰🥰”

“We had exceptional service from Mr. Sub in Waterdown. I reached out to Chris on short notice to prepare subs for a bus trip with clients and colleagues, and he went above and beyond to ensure our subs were freshly made and not soggy for the trip. Chris baked fresh buns the day before and stayed late in the evening to prepare the subs. He even came in very early the next day to slice the tomatoes and package separate containers for all the extra toppings and sauces. My clients and colleagues were very happy with lunch! It’s always great to support small businesses, and I truly appreciate Chris’s outstanding attention to detail.”
