“A huge thank you to the amazing team at Chatime Burlington! There’s no better way to kick off the summer than with one of their refreshing drinks. We’ve been loyal customers since this location first opened, and every visit has been a fantastic experience. The store is consistently spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff and management always go above and beyond with their friendly service and positive attitude. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such high standards year after year. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great drinks and exceptional customer service! 😉🌟“
“Excellent place for shakes, juices and smoothies. I personally recommend mama coco and mango shakes. The lady is very sweet and she even lets you taste a smaple check the sweetness level. Prices are decent too.
It runs through Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays. Do try it.“

“Yummy smoothie bowl! Customer service was great- they were out of strawberries & they offered to replace it with a different fruit! I liked the atmosphere, however I wish there were more seating area (I know it’s a small store but it felt a bit cramped!)“
“Saw a few friends post about Sam’s on IG so I had to try. First off I knew the food was going to be good as soon as I entered the shop because the aroma of that j*** chicken! I got the j*** chicken bowl for me and my bf and we were both so pleased with how flavourful and spicy the chicken was. If you come from a Carribean background you know the disappointment when promised j*** chicken and not getting anything of the sort. We were far from disappointed. Great portion, great price & I can tell the staff is well trained because our server did a quick cash exchange in the middle of making our bowls and she made sure to change her gloves before handling the food again. I’ll be back to try the juices for sure! Can’t wait to see this business thrive.“

“The Gelato's are great, flavourful and creamy but only get one when the lady is serving, the guy is cold and extremely stingy with portions. He will give you only half of what you're paying for ! Considering that, it's expensive. But if money and some coldness is not an issue then definitely go for it. I would go again just for that mean gelato😈 balancing sweet with a pinch of bitterness from a cute old man reminding me of home and how love can be shown in different ways 🙃 love you old man. Hope you feel happier soon and smile more❤“

“Great drinks, cozy atmosphere, and clean areas
We bought jasmine watermelon and mango slush with mango jelly. It is my first purchase here. Drinks were delicious, satisfying, prepared well, and great. We are happy with our purchases and satisfied our sweet drink craving. It is located in the heart of downtown hamilton.
We will definitely buy here again.“

“Best booster juice location I’ve ever travelled to. The worker, with highlighted hair, was so terrific. She recommended the new açai bowls and told me they were delectable. I tried it out to her suggestion. I was very pleased with the results. Never in my 37 years have I EVER had something so delicious touch my tongue. It was AMAZINGLY handcrafted and delicious. Left feeling pleasantly surprised.“
