“We had exceptional service from Mr. Sub in Waterdown. I reached out to Chris on short notice to prepare subs for a bus trip with clients and colleagues, and he went above and beyond to ensure our subs were freshly made and not soggy for the trip. Chris baked fresh buns the day before and stayed late in the evening to prepare the subs. He even came in very early the next day to slice the tomatoes and package separate containers for all the extra toppings and sauces. My clients and colleagues were very happy with lunch! It’s always great to support small businesses, and I truly appreciate Chris’s outstanding attention to detail.“

Loved that there was not an excessive amount of butter as I have experienced elsewhere.

Bread could be a touch fresher or maybe it was just the bum end of the bun.

My wife said that it could be the best banh mi she's ever had.

Friendly owner taking the orders and an old poa-poa making the sandwiches (love it).

Can't complain about the price; $5.50 for a regular classic and $6.50 for extra meat.
Ranks high up on my list of best banh mi after only one visit. Will be back for more.“

With everything that the restaurant industry has been through this year, I went in there today with my daughter for a drink and some cookies. They were so friendly and said they wanted to give my daughter her treat for free. I have been fortunate enough to have not lost my job or taken a pay cut this year. He didn't know where they were. Instead of just telling me he couldn't find them, he took the initiative and phoned his manager who was able to tell him where to find them. Well done.“

Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is the limited seating and the place could’ve been a bit cleaner. Still, great value for a quick, customizable meal. The coupon I had didn't apply to a simple 6" sandwich because it wasn't one of the ones from the menu.

“Vegetarian options: I am a regular at this subway location, this location particularly is my go to because the staff is friendly, welcoming and always fast with service. The food is always fresh and for the vegetarians they change their gloves without making a request.

i can see a difference from my first review 3 years ago i think it may have had a few diffent owners in that time.

Also, the 2 staff members working were somewhat confused with each other and didn't seem to be on the same page when I asked about something regarding the rewards program. This Mr Sub also has a drive through and a ice cream place as well, so it's an interesting location.“
