This is a hidden gem in Hamilton! The owners John and Lina are active members of Hamilton and Waterdown with the best customer service. The menu has so many options such as protein smoothies, lattes, sandwiches, keto friendly options and more. If you haven't tried the egg salad sandwich you are missing out. The food is fresh with lots of healthy options for everyones liking. Go try it and support local.Location: Hamilton Mountain YMCA

This little hidden gem is a great place to grab a quick bite whether you're already in the facilities or driving past. I often go there to grab a quick lunch and love their sandwiches! Everything on the menu has been delicious, but really enjoy the hot food and sandwiches! I often go to the Hamilton YMCA location because I work around the corner.
