I spoke with the owner of the company, who provided me with excellent information to create exactly what I wanted. The day that we picked up the order, everything was perfect. The customer service level is excellent and the quality/taste of the food was delicious. I highly recommend this Bagel Store.“

I ordered a custom small vanilla latte, and by the time I reached the drive-thru window and explained exactly how I wanted it prepared, the staff had already made my original order. Rather than letting it go to waste, they kindly offered me both the drink they had prepared and the customized one I requested.

The team was professional, courteous, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. Their willingness to go the extra mile made a strong impression and demonstrated how much they value their customers. Highly recommended.“
