Fresh and fast! The pretzels come in both savoury and sweet options which was cool. I ordered the savoury Toscana pretzel bites and they were delicious and super warm, and they made sure that the toppings were not just at the top but throughout the bucket. Portion size was insane too, they loaded it up so much I felt full after. My new Conestoga Mall fixation :)

Mr. Pretzels offers a delightful experience, thanks to its friendly staff, like Shaynita, who provide exceptional service. While their pretzels are good, they lack a crunchy outer shell. However, their Sugar Cinnamon pretzels are a highlight, and the restaurant features free and spacious parking, as well as wheelchair accessibility.
