“I ordered the 2 piece chicken special and it was excellent — hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The staff were so friendly and provided great customer service, which really stood out. They were out of biscuits today, but everything else more than made up for it. I tried the strawberry pie for dessert and it was warm, sweet, and absolutely delicious. Great food and even better service!“
“This Popeyes location is honestly a 10/10 every single time. I’ve been two days in a row and both visits were amazing! The food is always fresh, hot, and perfectly made. The chicken is crispy and juicy, the sides are on point, and everything tastes like it was just made to order. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency.
The customer service is also a perfect 10/10. The staff are super welcoming, polite, and genuinely kind. They greet you with a smile, move quickly, and make the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that has both incredible food and such great service, but this location nails it.

“I was craving late night fast food so thought of ordered from Popeyes and it did not disappoint.
The onion rings as side were really crunchy and nice. The burger itself had a really big size fried chicken and all works definitely turned out to be nice. We ordered a combo through Uber Eats and I believe it was on offer so under 30$ we got meals for 2 with drinks.
Definitely suggest as late night food around Waterloo.“
