“This location is excellent! I would specially like to give a shout out to the wonderful lady working the cash register. I’ve never been to a Popeyes before and she guided me through the experience like no one has ever done before…! I felt like I was in a different universe. She held my hand and said a prayer with me before we ate the beautiful tenders I had decided on ordering. I have never felt more at home. Before I left, she told me she had a parting gift as I had made her day much more wonderful. I got a big hug…! Please give her a raise, it’s the only thing I ask for in life!“
“This Popeyes location is honestly a 10/10 every single time. I’ve been two days in a row and both visits were amazing! The food is always fresh, hot, and perfectly made. The chicken is crispy and juicy, the sides are on point, and everything tastes like it was just made to order. You can really tell they care about quality and consistency.
The customer service is also a perfect 10/10. The staff are super welcoming, polite, and genuinely kind. They greet you with a smile, move quickly, and make the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a place that has both incredible food and such great service, but this location nails it.

“I was craving late night fast food so thought of ordered from Popeyes and it did not disappoint.
The onion rings as side were really crunchy and nice. The burger itself had a really big size fried chicken and all works definitely turned out to be nice. We ordered a combo through Uber Eats and I believe it was on offer so under 30$ we got meals for 2 with drinks.
Definitely suggest as late night food around Waterloo.“
