“I placed an online order through the Popeyes app, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, which you don’t always expect at a fast-food spot.
To my surprise, the team went above and beyond with their customer service and offered us an extra mini sandwich and a piece of chicken tender just as a kind gesture. I am incredibly pleased with their generosity and great hospitality.
The food was fresh, but the service was what truly made this visit special. I will definitely be going back to this location!“
“I absolutely love Popeyes! I was visiting from Chicago, and I knew I had to try the Popeyes in Canada because there are no halal Popeyes in the United States. We ordered a spicy sandwich, biscuits, fries, soda, and chicken pieces. The spicy sandwich wasn’t that spicy, but it tasted really good and had the right amount of crunchiness and juiciness! The fries were also really good, as well as the spicy chicken pieces. However, the biscuits were dry, but they were still alright. If they added a honey glaze sauce with the biscuits, then they would be really good. Overall, I loved the foot at Popeyes and will surely be coming back!“

“I visited Popeyes yesterday and had a great experience. Muhammad Imran was extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. Based on his recommendation, I tried the Popeyes Deluxe Blackened Combo Meal, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were amazing, and it quickly became one of my favorite meal.
I would definitely recommend Popeyes to anyone looking for a tasty meal and excellent customer service. Be sure to ask for Imran—he is a wonderful guy who goes above and beyond to make customers feel welcome. The Deluxe Blackened Combo is a must-try!“

“I haven't had Popeyes in over two years, but a serious craving finally brought me back—and I’m so glad it did.
From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. I decided to order over the phone, and the staff was incredibly professional. They confirmed the address clearly and took my order exactly as requested with no mistakes.
When I arrived to pick it up, I was immediately struck by how clean the restaurant was. The team working there was very friendly and welcoming.
As for the food, it was freshly fried to order. I did have to wait about 7 to 10 minutes, but that’s the trade-off for quality. If you want it hot and crispy, you have to be patient! It’s great to see a spot that prioritizes making food fresh on the go rather than letting it sit under a heat lamp.

“Amazing service from start to finish! Mandeep was incredibly friendly and welcoming she really made the experience enjoyable. Sandy was also wonderful and made sure everything was clean, organized, and running smoothly. The gentleman preparing the chicken in the back was very kind as well. “I went there during the week at about 9:30 pm and they were out of mild chicken and I didn't want spicy. Gurpreet was very kind and said she could do the mild chicken for me but would be a little wait which I did not mind. She was very polite and made sure i got what I wanted. The chicken was hot and crispy. Ivjot was also nice. i asked for their hours and they told me that they open late Friday and Saturday nights which I wasn't aware. Overall the store looked very clean and as I said staff was pleasant. I don't eat fried foods to open but this was a very nice treat. Thank you Gurpreet and Ivjot for your service.“
“The customer service was absolutely wonderful! Gurvinder Harnoor Harman recommended that I try the new Mac n cheese which I was very hesitant too but it was honestly the BEST I ever had ! “I had the 2-piece special combo with fries and a fountain drink, and it was absolutely outstanding! The chicken was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and fried to crispy perfection. Every bite had an amazing crunch on the outside while staying juicy, tender, and full of flavor on the inside. You could really taste the freshness and quality.
The fries were just as delicious—golden brown, crispy on the outside, and soft, fluffy, and hot on the inside. They were the perfect complement to the meal.
The restaurant was spotless, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in.

“The fries were really good and the mini sandwich too. The service was amazing. My server was Manjeet and she was working very fast and well. The atmosphere gets 4 stars because the customers there were just not nice. One uber eater/door dasher was most infuriating because what do you mean you're here but aren't telling the server you have arrived or are here for the order (even though she was asking multiple times). He also just completely ignored the servers request to confirm the order and then comes back with the audacity to ask for her name to leave a review. Then there was another Karen who kept complaining about her gravy like sit down bro your gravy is gonna taste like gravy why are you complaining. Through all of that I still got my order in like 5 mins so yeah service was really good, food was really good, and the people who come to eat need to learn some respect, patience and basic human dignity. Thank you!“

“I always love to go to this Popeyes, the people who work there are absolutely amazing! The food they prepare is spot on and I have never had an issue with it. There is one particular employee there named Harry which goes over and beyond with their customer service. He is definitely a reason why I keep coming back to that Popeyes even though I have other Popeyes that are closer to me. Thank you for always giving me an amazing service!“
“I’ve been coming to this location for the last couple of years now as my kid’s swimming lessons are in the same plaza. The staff here are amazing. One of the ladies who sees me each week always accommodates my orders (I ask if they can split the nuggets into 2 boxes for my kids). They always do so without any complaint. I’ve gone to other Popeyes locations and they charge me just for asking for an extra box. The ladies here have no issues with my request and are always friendly. I highly recommend this location.“
