“The best Popeyes I've ever been to! Even though all Popeyes locations serve pretty much the same food, the spicy chicken here is especially good. It's perfectly seasoned—not too salty like at some other locations.
The staff here are all super friendly and welcoming. While we were eating, one of the staff members was cleaning the tables and floor and even setting up fans to make everyone more comfortable. The person who took our order was also really nice and considerate.

“I absolutely love Popeyes! I was visiting from Chicago, and I knew I had to try the Popeyes in Canada because there are no halal Popeyes in the United States. We ordered a spicy sandwich, biscuits, fries, soda, and chicken pieces. The spicy sandwich wasn’t that spicy, but it tasted really good and had the right amount of crunchiness and juiciness! The fries were also really good, as well as the spicy chicken pieces. However, the biscuits were dry, but they were still alright. If they added a honey glaze sauce with the biscuits, then they would be really good. Overall, I loved the foot at Popeyes and will surely be coming back!“

“I haven't had Popeyes in over two years, but a serious craving finally brought me back—and I’m so glad it did.
From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. I decided to order over the phone, and the staff was incredibly professional. They confirmed the address clearly and took my order exactly as requested with no mistakes.
When I arrived to pick it up, I was immediately struck by how clean the restaurant was. The team working there was very friendly and welcoming.
As for the food, it was freshly fried to order. I did have to wait about 7 to 10 minutes, but that’s the trade-off for quality. If you want it hot and crispy, you have to be patient! It’s great to see a spot that prioritizes making food fresh on the go rather than letting it sit under a heat lamp.

“This location needs to be more consistent. Why is it that sometimes when I go I get the bottled soda and other times I get handed the cup to go dispense soda. This time I decided to ask for the bottled soda and the cashier told me that it was an extra charge?? I’ve never paid extra for it….“
“I placed an online order through the Popeyes app, and from the moment I walked in, the experience was fantastic. The staff gave us a very warm welcome, which you don’t always expect at a fast-food spot.
To my surprise, the team went above and beyond with their customer service and offered us an extra mini sandwich and a piece of chicken tender just as a kind gesture. I am incredibly pleased with their generosity and great hospitality.

“Since a long time we were dreaming to have Popeyes in our area and this Lakeshore Road West branch opened our every visit became amazing and memorable along the food and with amazing services by the staff especially Gurpreet and Ms.Raza ,thier services are beyond my expectations and I feel that we are having food at home and no doubt the Popeyes is our second home.

“I had the 2-piece special combo with fries and a fountain drink, and it was absolutely outstanding! The chicken was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and fried to crispy perfection. Every bite had an amazing crunch on the outside while staying juicy, tender, and full of flavor on the inside. You could really taste the freshness and quality.
The fries were just as delicious—golden brown, crispy on the outside, and soft, fluffy, and hot on the inside. They were the perfect complement to the meal.
The restaurant was spotless, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in.

“This location stood out. The place was not only clean, but the food was great. Chicken wasn’t cooked in overused oil. The line moved fairly quickly. Very impressed. That was the cleanest fountain drink machine I’ve seen at a fast food joint in a very long time 😁“
