I had placed an online order on April 5, but unfortunately the store was closed for the holiday while the online system was still accepting orders. My card was charged for an order that I could not pick up, and customer service was not able to help resolve the issue.
However, Mr. Nazar Yousuf handled the situation with great care and professionalism. He was extremely accommodating. His kindness and excellent customer service truly made a difference.

“Every time I come here they do not provide any utensils or basic things like napkins, always got to ask for it. Only good side is when I get the food it is fresh and hot still. Customer service is good, wait times varies sometimes I get it right away but a few times I’d have to wait longer. Only a few tables for dine in.“

She also made sure her and the one other staff member were getting the orders out quickly and correctly. I also saw some cranky customers getting rude with her and she handled it very well.
