Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Scarborough

“A lot of popeyes locations are hit or miss apparently, I figured that out when I tell people about my love for popeyes from other areas, and then when I tried other locations. This location is great, the chicken is always well seasoned and cooked well. Even if I am closer to a different popeyes location I go out of my way to come here instead for quality.“

“I came in around 3:20 AM today, and I wanted to share how great my experience was. The supervisor on duty was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Even at that time of the morning, the chicken was fresh, hot, and delicious. I really appreciate the great service and quality. Please pass along my thanks to the supervisor and the team!“

“The graveyard shift staff July 12 were very accommodating and pleasant w customers, food was classic popeyes, and the place was kept clean past 2am. I’d just like to share my appreciation during these midnight snack runs. -D&G“

“My friends and I had a great time at this Popeyes. The cashier, Faria, was able to help me pick a good deal based on our budget. She was sweet and caring. If you want the best food come to this Popeyes! Will come back for more. ❤“

“The staff is actively soliciting 5-star reviews right now but I have no problem providing one as I brought in a group of 6 people and they were very hospitable, cooking our order fresh and practically providing us with table service. Overall an excellent experience.“

“Ruby was absolutely amazing! She was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Popeyes. The way she greeted me with such a genuine smile and positive attitude really stood out.

You could tell she had already been working all day, but she still had so much energy, kindness, and enthusiasm toward customers. That level of positivity and professionalism is honestly impressive.“

“Amazing customer service experience. Last night around 2.45am I had been to this Popeyes Location at 395 Bamburgh Circle and even though they were trying to close the Sweet Cashier girl at the front accommodated me with a huge smile and got fresh food right from the fryer. Keep the smile ON and serving fresh Chicken and great service...“

“Received amazing customer service at the popeyes near my house. The young lady was really pleasant knowledgeable about the menu and was smiling and engaging with me the entire time. Her name was Abby, and today was her first day on the job. Good luck to Abby! Popeyes you definitely have a good employee on your hands!“

“I was served by Akhlal kind server I asked for 5 piece chicken tenders make it a combo and I asked him to take the pop off or pass it to the next customer as I didn't want it, instead he offered me extra tender piece which I really appreciated of his kind gesture, it rarely happens these days in hospitality, overall good and fast service, people like him really create a difference and make customers want to visit again.“

“I always have a great experience at Popeyes, especially because of Amaan . Every time I visit, she is friendly, helpful, and always recommends the best deals, especially for family meals. She takes the time to explain the options and makes sure we get the best value for our money.

I really appreciate her excellent customer service and positive attitude. Amaan always makes my visits enjoyable, and I’m very impressed with how helpful and professional she is. Great service and great food“

“Chickens werw Super fresh and juicy. Ample space to sit and enjoy a decent meal. One of the Service girls (short and slim witj glassess) nitially seemed a bit unhelpful giving an impression of not understanding my language (although I am pretty sure I spoke clearer than her) but later was helpful in identifying what I needed/the best combo deal!“

“I went there yesterday for their special Mini chicken sandwich the lady who took my order was kind and friendly the manager was so lovely she came and appolaized for the wait said we are getting the chicken cripcy. The gentleman there older fellow is rude I only go when I see the lady manager.“

“I'm trying to slow down on my fried chicken intake so I even stopped going to Jollibee but when I saw they have a $8.99 two piece lunch promo I just had to stop in the meal was perfect and even though my waist line has been increasing I think I will grab this deal two more times before my official fall diet. Don't miss out my guess is it will be gone by christmas. One more thing, the service was excellent not sure why they have less than 4 stars but the food was fresh and the space was clean“

“We have been going to this Popeyes regularly since June of 2024, and the service cannot get any better from Azaan and Co. This has to be the best run Popeyes in the GTA hands down. The staff are extremely friendly and respectful to deal with. They go well beyond their way to satisfy their customers. Thank you guys, I will always continue to visit this location!“
