“Visited this location at lunchtime and believe me when I say I had the best Popeyes experience of my life. I had so much fun I took the names of each one of the staff to write this review with details. At the front counter I met Marie who helped me with the menu and was patient, kind and smiling the whole time while I was deciding. Shoutout to Dakhs in the kitchen making the best chicken wrap ever with fresh and tender chickens. Back to Marie with her excellent customer service, fries portions and placement.
Honourable mention of Dalya and Tina the shirt manager who were super friendly and helpful.
Overall, I really recommend this place whether you’re alone or with friends or family members.“

My daughter gave 4.5/5 for tender because size was small. I gave 5/5 for deluxe spicy. And my wife gave 3.5/5 because the size was small and taste was very normal and the drinks was not cold. I'm not sure but seems their AC not working and it was too hot inside.“

“I’m currently at this Popeyes location and wanted to share both a frustrating experience and a positive one.
I tried to order the online deal (10-piece chicken, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits), but I kept getting an error message asking me to try a different credit card. I attempted the purchase multiple times using two different credit cards, but it still wouldn’t go through. I was told it might be due to network issues, so I even left the mall to get a better connection and tried again—unfortunately, the same issue persisted.
It was quite frustrating, especially since this deal is advertised as an online pickup-only offer.
That said, I want to sincerely thank Prabesh for the excellent customer service. He was kind, understanding, and did his best to help. He even honoured the offer despite mentioning that it was no longer showing as valid in his system and that doing so could potentially get him in trouble. That level of care and willingness to help really stood out.
I hope Popeyes takes a closer look at their app and payment system to prevent situations like this in the future. It takes away from the customer experience when online deals can’t actually be accessed.

“It is a beautiful place, if there were Popeyes in Mexico honestly McDonald's would go bankrupt since it is a delight to eat in this place, its staff is super friendly and everything is very delicious and above all economical. I want to especially commend Saleem, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepared to our satisfaction. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out. It's not often you come across staff who take such pride in their work and customer service. Thanks to Saleem and the team for making the visit enjoyable — I’ll definitely be returning!“
“This was a long time ago (2012 ish) I would come here a lot. One time they took a very long time with my order- Cajun wings. As an apology for taking so long, they gave me 5 extra chicken wings, and I remember being really happy about it. It really made my day/ week. I was broke student at the time so it meant a lot to me. I still think about this to this day. 😂“
