“I had a really great experience at this Popeyes branch. The customer service here is excellent. One time, we accidentally took someone else’s order by mistake. When we realized what happened, we offered to pay for the order we had taken, but the staff were incredibly kind and handled the situation so professionally. I believe the person who helped us was the supervisor, and he was very understanding and respectful throughout.
They managed the situation so smoothly and made us feel comfortable despite the mix-up. Overall, the service was outstanding, and this remains my all-time favorite fast food restaurant!🥰“
