“This location is celebrating the 70th anniversary with the original building, and it is architecturally significant - built according to the US style of the 1940s, with separate service windows for whites and colored people, and no dining space inside.
It is only 2 blocks from the Humberstone bridge, the Welland Canal and Lock 8.“

“Incredible service and desserts during such a busy time. There was only one employee working when we came in, and he was hustling! He managed to help everyone out, and was incredibly professional, all while being by himself the whole time! His name was Travis, and he definitely deserves a raise!“

“Seating was limited, not the best if you have little ones (high bar stools). No chocolate or chocolate mint was available, and about 2 or 3 other popular flavours were out, seems like those should be inventoried a little better? Service was very friendly and helpful though.“

“Although the outside is clean - the outside lights are never on when it is dark! I usually only go thru drive-thru at this location. The people running the drivethru could be a bit more friendly - I think it is because they have not worked there very long.“

“The only food we bought was an ice cream cake. I was too late in the day to get anything written on the birthday cake. I was told I was too late. I did not press the gentleman. He took pity on me anyway and wrote the names of those having a birthday celebration later in the day.
I don't know his name, but he was wearing a turban (I think that's the word for it.)
Thank you for your kindness and grace.
The cake was good and enjoyed by all.“
