Went in to get a 1$ blizzard from the app. But when I went to use it..it was gone. Manager was sitting and came right up to see what was happening. Was very friendly and explained why it wasn't showing ( my own error)Definitely a great
Food and atmosphere were normal for DQ. What you would expect. However the service was horrible, lady at the counter acted as if we were ruining her day by simply placing a order and was rude the entire process. Love DQ not this location in Welland. Do better

Went in to order a cake and used the book they have on display at the front of the store full of options for images they can put on cakes. Apparently they can’t do ANY of the pictures in that book, we have to find our own and email it. When asked why they even have the book out if that’s the case we couldn’t get a straight answer.Huge waste of time and terrible customer service.
