Attending this cafe today (July 24th). I just wanted to start off by saying the staff made this experience absolutely amazing. Was welcomed by a group of lovely teen girls who had the biggest smiles on their faces. There was a blonde girl and two darker haired girls (Props to them as it is hard to come by teen girls who are as welcoming as they are). All 3 were lovely. Poor service, wrong product served, twice, over-billed, staff refused to correct, I’ve brought clients in the past, and even recommended your shop earlier today, I won’t in the future, we were very disappointed. My husband believes my review is far too kind.
I ordered coffee bagel ice cream. Coffee was awesome bagel was delicious and ice cream amount was unbelievable and delicious service fast even though they were packed people coming in and out.

Vanilla Bean's Cafe & Creamery offers great prices, friendly staff, and delicious treats. The ice cream store is a fixture of the town, and probably the place that most tourists visit when they go to Westport. Customers consider a visit here pretty much mandatory. Their ice cream cones are giant, with one scoop often being as large as two scoops, making it a generous treat. The location is perfect for enjoying a cone while visiting the marina, finishing off the cone in one of the Muskoka chairs under the willow trees, looking over the gorgeous lake view. The cafe also serves classic flavors like chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, plus one or two others. Visitors can enjoy the warm and cozy atmosphere, filled with retro charm, and excellent service from the welcoming staff. The cafe also offers fresh pastries and croissants, including delicious cheese bagels.
