“Hello and Thank You for a Wonderful late lunch I had with my Mom, who’s 88 young. We are pretty much life time customers of Swiss Chalet lol Yesterday we were served by an Incredible Young Man! He was so courteous, warm, friendly, helpful and professional! He is what customer service is all about. Something I really haven’t seen in a long time and being a former business owner I know what it is to look after a customer. The food was excellent but the service was absolutely outstanding! Please recognize this amazing employee, Athiyan! He has a bright future ahead of him! 👏👏👏“

“I came by in the drive through tonight, service was fast and the two ladies who were on shift were lovely. They always get my order right as well. I can’t remember one of their names but the other was Victoria; she was nice, friendly and always has a smile, any time I stop by has almost always been on both their shifts and they’re always wonderful!“

“Arguably the best steak I've ever had in my life. And I’ve been to several upscale steakhouses where the bill was bigger than my bi-weekly paycheque for a party of 4 (fortunately, I didn’t have to foot the bill).
Ruth's is a bit pricier than The Keg, but the quality of the steak justifies the cost.
It was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned and mouthwatering.
The sides were absolutely delicious too.“
