“Solid steak n cheez place! I got the medium sandwich combo with Philthy sauce. Overall, meat was a bit dry but the sauce made up for that.The fries? They were the best I have had in quite a very long time!!! Perfectly seasoned and nicely cut.. Well worth the visit and overall value for the price was great :)“

I called the establishment and the owner himself delivered the order in 20 minutes. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this restaurant with a side note that the food was delicious.“

After describing our preferred palate to Chef Dan, he prepared the best meal we have ever had. Our server was barely at our table and rushed off anytime we asked for something without asking the whole table . Food was good but some of the pastas lacked sauce . They had to give half off one of my friends meals. But will always come back :)“

“My go-to at LEAST once a week. Bar staff is incredible! Servers are always up to the task, including specialty requests!! (I’m a picky eater and I’ve also shown a picture of a drink online with no ‘recipe’ and I’ve always been happy with the attempts!). My drink is never empty, regardless of how hard I try! “This, the lady that owns this place has really improved this business! I know there’s only one Swiss chalet left, but this one’s fantastic. We regularly eat here. It’s great for takeout or sit in. The food’s always hot, always accurate, and always delicious. Great consistency!“

“Wow, what a great experience we had at Eastwood Grille last night! We were a large table of 24 guests, and we were served by our waitress Tiffany with such prompt and courteous service, everyone at our table raved about it all night. We were never without drinks, our food came out piping hot with very generous proportions and great prices. Tiffany had us in and out , with bellies full in 1 1/2 hrs. Shout out to the chefs and to Wendi who also came to check on us through out our dinner. Would definately recommend this restaurant, we'll definately be back!“

“Absolutely amazing experience at this specific location. Super clean and fantastic customer service from our cashier and burger builder Kerri. Came from the city of Tecumseh location next to S Chalet and had an horrendous experience with zero service. Left hungry. Went to this location. Kerri and Shelly (on grill and maybe store owner) were shocked with what they heard. Shelly was quick to identify if it was her other store in central Tecumseh location, which it was not. Terri was fast, precise and polite. Everything was taken care of with zero errors. We had our food before we could fill our drinks at the fountain. This location and the one by Walker Rd and Tecumseh rock. Jay and Tyler were great too, rocking that drive thru. Amazing team Shelly and her team built.“

“We had our wedding here at the end of May and it was perfect! The food was excellent, staff were amazing and you can’t beat that Detroit skyline for beautiful photos! Venue is perfect for 50 guests or less and ideal if you have a cross border family, since it’s so close to the tunnel!“

“This place is a hidden gem in University Row. The wings are the best I've had anywhere in town, and I've tried a lot of places. Fast, hot, crispy, large and well sauced. Fries were perfectly crunchy and seasoned. Now the best part of this little place is the ones running it. I watched one of our unhoused wanderers be treated like a human as they should be. He walked in with just enough change to get a pop. Then I watched the woman who does well almost everything, ask this man if he was hungry and if he had eaten that day. To which he embarrassingly answered. She had a meal made for this man quietly and without notice. She refilled his pop and told him to stay as long as he needed. Even if the food had been trash, which it was not, the way they treat everyone who walks through that door was enough to make them the best place in town. Now to add to the amazing experience my teenager and I had was that when my kid asked if she could read one of the books on her shelf and the wonder woman running the show just snagged one of her favourite reads down, checked with me first for age appropriate reading, and handed it over and asked when she was done to bring it in for an exchange. That there is one of the reasons this place is amazing. However, I am leery about writing this review. I still hope there is a place to sit when we come again!“

“Nick and Mike where awesome! We had to replace 1 order and they where very very understanding. We hate to return and or replace anything because we understand how much they go through on a day to day basis, whether it is the chef or the waiter and it ment a lot to us, we tried to apologize a lot but they where very very understanding and they where so awesome!!! They worked very efficiently and where very nice! For one, I would 100000% come back here again, and for two, I would recommend this not to only my friends and family, but to everyone! Genuinely, if you haven't come here, i recommend coming here! Its honestly a very fair price! We ordered a lot and the bill came back to surprisingly less then $75 per person! Like I said, Nick and Mike where very very awesome! Thank you for your kindness and amazing work! Including the chef in which I did not get his name unfortunately. “I went tonight with my sister we were so impressed with our server kelly. She was on top of everything. Letting us know our specials filling our drinks checking in on us. And our food absolutely delicious she recommended the steak and our shrimp app and was she right. We will definitely go back for both the food and service.“
