Service well, the waitress was nice and polite but my family had to constantly ask for items, coffee, napkins, drinks. My father asked for a second soup which she never brought, instead she brought his meal and than said ill bring you your soup. Really!!! He wanted it before his main course.
She never checked on us, we had to flag her down.
Probably won't come back anytime soon unfortunately.“

“I moved to SCS 5 months ago and have never been here before. My family and I have tried carryout from several restaurants and we always end up with Gilbert’s. Great food, service & prices. I had my daughters 1st birthday in their banquet room yesterday and I’m over the moon happy with how it turned out! The staff was super helpful and always around when I needed anything. The food was great, my guests raved about the pizza and spinach dip. I would book events here in the future without a doubt. Look no further for a great American cuisine menu and staff that makes you feel like family!“

“I ordered delivery from a service that did not follow directions and never received the order until my neighbor found it outside. I called the establishment and the owner himself delivered the order in 20 minutes. He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this restaurant with a side note that the food was delicious.“

“Clean, friendly, attentive, excellent food. You can tell right away when you walk to the door that the owners love this place and are proud of it. I had the steak and eggs, both cooked to my rare/over medium delight and my rye toast actually came with my meal. So important. Loved our waitress Becky. I'm from Sfld and my sisters are in Mt. Clemens. We will make this our meeting spot from now on.“

“Had a great time at Shores Inn! The food was absolutely amazing, but the highlight of the visit was definitely the service. Annie and Alexis are fantastic bartenders who bring great energy, mix excellent drinks, and really know how to take care of their guests. They keep the atmosphere fun and welcoming the entire time. If you're looking for a great meal and top-notch service, you definitely need to check this place out. Management is very lucky to have such a hardworking and personable team behind the bar. “Originally from Michigan but now live in Florida. Went to Detroit for the weekend to attend Red Wings games. Looked for perch dinners and found Andrew’s. Absolutely awesome perch with a generous portion. Loved the atmosphere of the old time era. Staff exceptionally friendly as was the owner. Would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to return. What I liked was the minimal breading so you have the true taste of perch. This is by far the place to go if you love perch.“

“We were in the neighborhood for an event at Epiphany and were looking for a place to eat and have a drink before the show. We decided to try Zell's Corner based on the location and reviews, and I am so glad we did. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the corner bar atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. When we are in the vicinity again we will definitely be back for the food, cold beer and to say hello to our new friends.“

“We hosted my toddlers birthday party here last month. We had an excellent experience. The food was ready right on time and delicious. We had multiple servers who were so attentive and kind. I don’t think anyone had an empty glass at any point. It was a Saturday evening with a packed bar and we couldn’t even tell in the side room. We will absolutely host another event there in the future!“
