Saw good reviews for Hug Sushi, so wanted to try and see if the reviews were accurate. In comparison to a few other AYCE places in the area I thought the quality of food was great. First, we were going to order al lacarte, but then decided we could try a few more items if we went AYCE. Portions were good, not too big either. Too hungry to take photo with my assorted sushi.Overall a nice sushi bar. The place is spacious. The attendant and the sushi chefs are diligent and friendly.The fish meat is fresh.The wasabi is wonderfully tough.My major recommendation is that the sushi rice can be less dry and more tendon. That will take their sushi to another level.

Just try it!! Third time at this AYCE restaurant and still love it. The menu is not as robust as some places but I never cared for signature maki’s. The sushi is sooo fresh and good. Right ratio of fish and rice. Service is great. Recommend the white tuna sushi *chefs kiss*
