“Excellent food cart. Flavorful, nicely cooked food with clearly homemade Naan and Samosas - that's hard to find. The Chicken Tikka Masala was excellent, flavorful, and made with Almonds instead of Cashews (preferable for allergies). The Chicken 65 was great - the dry kind, which I prefer to the wet kind (personal preference I'm sure). This cart is so close to Apna Chaat Bhavan, I expect it gets passed over a bit. If it were in or closer to Portland I have a feeling it would be much busier! Will definitely be back, can't wait to try more stuff. The owner was nice as well.“

“I kid you not, the food is delicious. The best I’ve ever had! I’m recommending it to everyone I know. My first impression was how clean it is. Second was the efficient and friendly service. Then the food came. I ended up ordering more food to bring some home to my guy, and he loved it too!“

“Desi Bites was awesome! I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Paneer Butter Chicken, Aloo Tikki, Chicken Tandoori, the vegetable hakka noodles, and some garlic naan. Everything was fantastic and the service was done with a smile. I will be going back soon! They even have gift cards now :)“

“My partner and I are vegan and we let the owner of this food cart know this, and he completed curated our experience. Their food is incredible, big servings, and the owner suggested multiple sides to add to our meal. I love mango lassi but it’s not vegan, and owner found a way to make it vegan for me. 10/10, incredible staff and very vegan friendly. Worth the drive out of PDX!“

“Very calming. Good location. Mango lassi is the best I’ve had! I had the paneer mutter mushroom ( very creamy a little sweet and great flavor!) and the cheese masala dosa (it’s a filled crepe and comes with dipping sauces) with some garlic naan bread baked here. Everything tastes fresh and very lovely people. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options!“

“We stopped in and hadn’t read any reviews. We just figured it would be just another Indian restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. We ordered chicken Briyani and lamb curry (spicy) and the food was tasty. In addition, there was not oil galore like most Indian restaurants. We will definitely be back.“

“Clean and bright space serving delicious Indian dishes. The service was a bit cold and slow. There were only 2-3 tables with guests, but it took them a while to take our orders and deliver the food. Hopefully we won't have to wait long when we visit again“

“Good eatery for South Indian cuisine. The doses, sambar everything is excellent along with great service.“
“Samosas are very delicious and because they are so in demand they are almost always freshly fried or warm.Other food is pretty ok. Grocery store wise it has good options in fresh food section but the selection known brands in packaged goods is limited. They do seem to be getting better.“

“I was waiting for boba and one of the people working at Bombay Wala of India waved me over as I was staring at the menu. They quickly started handing me spoon samples even asking if I had any allergies just to make sure.
Both people working were so incredibly friendly. I ended up getting the Butter Chicken and Peanut butter Chicken as well as the saffron rice and Garlic Naan. Everything is so good and the portions were great! They even wrapped my container in plastic wrap and put it in a bag since I was taking it to go so that I would have a mess free meal! The extra care was appreciated! I dont frequent this mall often but if I want some Indian food this place will definitely be up on the list!“

“The atmosphere is still great, but the food is not. They prioritize speed over quality, and that is clearly reflected in the flavor and texture of the food, and in the appearance and demeanor of the staff. I ordered vegetable masala and was surprised to see it was made of frozen veggie mix: peas, corn, carrots, and lima beans! When I ordered tea, they brought me a dusty box of Stash tea bags, and a cup of hot water. It wasn't terrible, but it was dissapointing to see the lack of care and quality that I remember this place once had.“

“If you want authentic Indian spice , this is the place. Chiken Fry Tandoori starter is must try. Biriyani is quite good as well. A must try!
Vegetarian options: They have plenty of Vegetarian options and they don't compromise on the taste.“

“I stopped by just a few minutes before closing since I wanted to try some sweets (even though I’m not usually a big fan of sweets). The lady at the counter was so kind and patient — she explained all the sweets and helped me pick a few. Everything I tried was absolutely delicious!
At billing, my husband mentioned veg puffs, and to our surprise, she sweetly offered us two as a complimentary treat. That small gesture truly made our day! 💛
The sweets were yum, and the staff’s kindness made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the nicest places around for Indian food and groceries. Highly recommend!“

“Best authentic india food. Best biryanis and pulav and excellent veg and non veg options. Unlike other Indian restaurants, Hyderabad Hub provides spice levels as requested which makes the food enjoyed thoroughly.“

“Indian Connection does a great job with their customer service and the food tastes fantastic. It’s located conveniently and Akhtar does a great job and is always as friendly as he is hard working. We’ve eaten here for years and they’ve always been the gold standard for service and friendliness. 10/5 I completely recommend eating here“

“We love Little Tibet! (Especially at our favorite St. Johns/Peninsula food cart pod!) The momos and curry are The Best (I could eat momos every day the rest of my life and be happy... perhaps even chubbier, but quite content.) Tashi and Lahkpa are genuinely beautiful people, which makes the food even better.“

“I make better biryani at home. Do you taste your food? Your Tikka masala has more masala then your biryani. I don't like leaving 1 star because I know you can do better. Order a biryani from Apna bhavan in beaverton and you'll know what a good one tastes like.“

“Let me start off by saying the chicken biryani and the garlic naan is amazing. It reminded me so much of the same dishes I had when I traveled to India. What makes this place a five-star establishment, however, is the service. I visited on a cold, rainy evening. The venue in which this restaurant is located lacks much in the way of enclosed seating, so waiting for my meal to be prepared was a frigid, wet experience. Noticing this, the man who prepared my food whipped me up a complimentary cup of masala chai to keep me warm. It tasted exactly like what I sipped in so many welcoming homes in India. Even if the food hadn't been so tasty, I would've come back here just so I could experience the warm Indian hospitality that I experienced that cold and rainy evening. Five out of five stars for sure!“
