Swagat Indian Cuisine is a great place to get a meal, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The food is absolutely fantastic and seems very authentic. The lamb steak tandoori is properly spiced, on the side of spicy with grilled onions on a sizzling plate, offering the full experience of the meat. The thali plate adds a variety of sides that create a sampling experience with a dessert custard. The signature chicken tikka masala is on point, especially with garlic naan. The combination lunch is absolutely delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing super service even for a party of 16. The ambience is fantastic, with decor that feels like an escape to another place. The atmosphere feels appropriate yet local. Everything is extremely clean. Service can be a bit slow, but that is understandable near closing time. There is no compromise on the food, making the wait absolutely warranted. Swagat is highly recommended for a wide range of taste testing and a good price on lunch meal items.
