“Honestly this has become one of my new week night favorites when I don't feel like cooking. The food isn't as fast as a drive thru, but it is worth the wait and we always get enough to have leftovers. The staff is super friendly, polite, and quick to take your order. The restaurant is always clean and smells good. Highly recommend and hope it is here for a while.“

“Samosas are very delicious and because they are so in demand they are almost always freshly fried or warm.Other food is pretty ok. Grocery store wise it has good options in fresh food section but the selection known brands in packaged goods is limited. They do seem to be getting better.“

They prioritize speed over quality, and that is clearly reflected in the flavor and texture of the food, and in the appearance and demeanor of the staff. I ordered vegetable masala and was surprised to see it was made of frozen veggie mix: peas, corn, carrots, and lima beans! When I ordered tea, they brought me a dusty box of Stash tea bags, and a cup of hot water. It wasn't terrible, but it was dissapointing to see the lack of care and quality that I remember this place once had.“

“Had a really good experience while visiting over the weekend. The food was tasty, authentic, and properly Indian spicy. Portion sizes were generous, prices were affordable, and the staff at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Huge shoutout to Prathap bayya at the counter — a really humble and nice guy.

We tried the chicken dum biryani, mutton curry, chapati, and chai. Everything was flavorful and satisfying, and the biryani portion was especially huge. The chapati felt a bit average and seemed ready-made, so I would probably skip that next time. The chai was excellent.

There was a small mix-up with the rice on our first visit, and I ended up buying it separately, but the next day they gave it correctly, which I appreciated.

My wife and I liked the food so much that we came back again the next day and tried pepper chicken, chili chicken, Tea and onion pakora — all of them were really good too.

“I make better biryani at home. Do you taste your food? Your Tikka masala has more masala then your biryani. I don't like leaving 1 star because I know you can do better. Order a biryani from Apna bhavan in beaverton and you'll know what a good one tastes like.“
