The guy behind the counter asked if I wanted to add anything spicy, and was delighted when he threw in a cup of chilero. Warming, tasty and just what I needed to get through the rest of the day. “I am not exaggerating when I say, I think this food truck should have 1 Michelin star.
We ordered the Pad See Ew, pan fried rockfish special for $22 plus $2 for the peanut sauce and the crab wonton appetizer for $50.
Our spiciness level was medium and even though it ended up a bit too.apicy for me, I couldn't stop eating. The sweetness of the two dishes kept me going. The rockfish curry had generous slices of onion and asparagus. The brown rice was the perfect texture. The pad see ew was one of the best I've tasted, great texture, sweet, salty and spicy perfectly balanced. Wow! The person who took our order was wearing a veterans cap and really sweet and nice. I'm coming again!“
