“My boyfriend and I went tonight, and don't let the outside fool you. They're open and the place is FANTASIC!!!!? It has a small hometown family atmosphere, and the tint on the windows make it so the sun doesn't shine in your eyes ? The service was great, and the owner is an absolute sweetheart. And the food was the best around! everything homemade! nothing frozen all fresh. Best potstickers and crab puffs I've ever had completely STUFFED! And the BBQ pork was tender and sweet ? The combo #1 was everything we hoped for and more! And the Happy Family lo mein was packed with shrimp, BBQ pork and chicken, all tender nothing over cooked or under cooked! PLEASE if you have never been here, or you have before. Go again! They are looking for another sushi chef, and morning chef to open early again. BUT! They have Chefs for all the Chinese food you love and know, and it's all EXQUISITE! We're only coming here from now on. Best place in and around the Sublimity,Aumsville, and Stayton Area!!! Please keep this place running. We can't wait to come again, with more family and friends. And if you can't tell good food from photos, then go and try it for yourself! “I had a late lunch at Applebee's in Salem, Oregon today 12/9/25. The server's name was Anya. She has a great smile, she's kind, personable, attentive, yet not overbearing. She warned me that the Cajun pasta dish I was ordering may be too spicy for some people, which I appreciated. The dish came in an appropriate amount of time. The meal was hot, and it was spicy, yet for me the meal was just right, and well prepared. Server Anya asked if I wanted my coffee filled, which I did and she brought me a whole new fresh cup. At the end Anya thanked me for coming in, told me about a burger special being ran during the holidays and invited me back. Wonderful service and an excellent meal. I will definately be back!“

“We came from out of town for a weeding and went looking for breakfast. We found Covered Bridge Cafe and said sounds great!!! Walked in the front door and we were immediately greeted. Sat down at our table and looked at the menu and we ordered the Cinnamon Crunch French toast with Bacon, The Corned Beef hash and the Bacon, Avocado and Cheese Omelet. 🤯🤯🤯🤯. AMAZING!!! Best Corned Beef Hash I have every had. Bacan was perfect and the biscuits and jelly a god send. We are already planning our next trip back.“

“I'm giving it a 4 out of 5 for a couple reasons. There is an two individuals that work during the day that have been great nothing like over the top up your ass type of waiting on you but definitely attentive to people's needs friendly and seem genuinely like they are there and just good people. However we had one experience in the evening time that my boyfriend could not stand the bartender which I don't disagree we never got service except for we went up there and she served us the most expensive tequila there was after we asked for Jose cuervo and we were told that they don't carry that so we said we'll give us something different she gave us something that was $18 is insane. And then never came and waited on us were checked on us after that. All she seemed to care about was one of the guys sitting on the other side of the bar. So I'm going to give it a 4 out of 5 and be generous because of the day shift people. It's a guy and a really nice girl.“

And the great staff of the Salem Oregon RED LOBSTER!!!
The salmon bowl. Fish and chips and those amazing coconut prawns were fabulous and the service was absolutely superlative!

“The staff was AMAZING for my Make a Wish family’s send-off party! Diana, Chris, Julia, and friends were so accommodating from setup of our table, serving food, and helping assist the final clean up. Every staff member wore Disney gear, from entire costumes and Pajama onesies to mouse ear headbands. Mirabel/Julia was a most wonderful waitress and the whole family loved her. Their team provided an entire party for us, filled with balloons, Encanto glasses, crazy straws, and even helped us setup additional decorations. I could tell they were so excited to apart of something special, and the thing is, they were the ones that made it so special. One server told me “we’ve been shopping for this for weeks!” They all smiled as they came by the table to say hello to our wish family. The entire restaurant transformed just for our wish and it was an amazing experience. My heart was touched by the joyful nature of these employees. Everyone came together to celebrate my wish kid, and I am forever grateful for their thoughtfulness. So often we talk about our wish kids bringing hope to the world, but now I realize that the hope also comes from those who come to help.
