When I called in a panic, thinking we'd be stuck with Red Lobster, Olive Garden or the other usual suspects, this chef swooped in like a gourmet fairy godmother. Paul was so great to work with, and very communicative about what we needed to provide and what he would handle with his team. The Chicken Filet was my favorite but I also fancied the Fish Pompano and the Lemon mint juice. The desserts were astonishing my personal favorite was the Dubai chocolate Milkshake. The food was enough to make me write a review but the service and interior of the restaurant made sure it was gonna be a 5 star… Honestly if I could give a restaurant 10 stars this would be the one. Lastly the service, this restaurant is family owned and our waiter was named Sully and he made us feel like we were part of the family. He was patient, funny, and would give us recommendations if we asked for them. In conclusion Queen Mamas Kitchen is a MUST if you’re in Portland“

“The best part of wedding planning was working with DFC. They were so professional, efficient, easy to work with, they communicated well, and they make GREAT good and drink. Our tasting meetings were fun. We had no worries going into our event, especially with Dan being our catering rep - he was indespensible.
