We hired the Portland Catering Company for our wedding and had the most wonderful experience! Katie was communicative, clear, and incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. They handled EVERYTHING, quirky requests like adding an edible wax seal to each slice of cake, to things I didn't even think to ask.
