We also tried the kimchi pasta, which was creamy and spicy. It was also full of chicken. The fries also seemed to be battered fried so they are also extra crispy.

“Take out window to pick up an order made 10-15 minutes earlier by phone/online app is quite nice. Food was hot and fresh and very sizable for the price (which is a bit higher, but what isn't these days). Big and juicy chicken strips, heat has some kick. Fries are crinkle and lightly seasoned too and after 15 minute drive home, still crispy and fresh - little sog.“

“Grace is ALWAYS giving 125% whenever I'm here - which is 3-5 times a week to be honest. Sometimes she's the only person working and she's making it seem like she's five people at once. “This is one of our favorites. I usually get the chicken strips, a fruit cup and sweet tea. Mary gets grilled nuggets and frosted lemonade. We love the Chick-fil-A sauce, but the last time I enjoyed the Polynesian sauce. There is a play space for kids and friendly staff. Excellent and enjoyable.“

“This place is so good. I come a minimum of 2-3 times a month. I get the prime sweet hot spicy chicken meal. It comes with crispy chicken (that actually stays crispy when you get it to-go or have leftovers!) sauced in a fantastic sweet and spicy sauce, a side of the “prime” sauce (which is like a garlic ranch), delicious picked daikon and purple rice. It’s always packaged so beautifully and the staff are all very nice, you can tell they care about the product they serve.“

“Tried Ezell's chicken for the first time and loved it! This is the kind of chicken place I grew up with down south that has chicken (of course), gizzards/livers, the usual sides including FRIED OKRA!! And the most delicious yeast rolls you've ever tasted. There is a reason they sell those by the dozen to take home. Of course they have peach cobbler or sweet potato pie. They do have tenders and wings for people who don't want regular chicken on the bone. As for the people who think it is under-seasoned....I found the regular to be fine, I just wanted to taste chicken and not any heat so it was fine to me. They do have a spicy variety that my kid had and said it was fine, but not too hot (spicy hot).
The staff was super friendly and patient with us figuring out the menu for the first time. The restaurant was extremely clean.“

“Feel like food quality has gone down and sometimes reminds me of mcdonalds quality but there customer service always excels. They are quick to fix an issue while still being kind about it. Mcdonalds could never! There chicken nuggets are favored in my household also. However, i wish the kids meals had more nuggets. There's only 5.. and its just not enough for my kids anymore.“

Every time I come here, they hand me a spicy chicken sandwich with the kind of accuracy and warmth usually associated with a beloved grandmother or a highly trained diplomatic corps. The order is always right. The staff is always absurdly pleasant. The sandwich arrives hot, juicy, and spicy enough to remind me that I am still tethered to earthly sensation.

I do not come here for a political awakening. I come here because the waffle fries are crisp, the chicken is reliable, and for one brief shining moment in a world of chaos, someone looks me in the eye and says “my pleasure” like they mean it.

Five stars. The republic may yet endure.“
